Do you offer trade accounts/discounts?

We can do a zoom session and teach you how to order using our website at no cost. We want you to feel confident when ordering hair online for your salon.
Do you have a salon that I can visit?
No, we do not have a salon. We specialise in manufacturing and are happy to refer you to a salon close to you. Feel free to contact us.
What lengths of tape extensions do you have in-stock?
We currently have these lengths in-stock: 20 inches and 24 inches.
How long does it take for you to pack orders?
We will pack your order within 1-2 business days. We have all our stock on-hand on the Gold Coast. We know how important it is for hairdressers to have hair quickly shipped to them.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes. We do custom orders with customised lengths and colours. For instance, if you want 30 inches we can order that in for you. Or if you would like a customised colour then we can order that it in for you.
Any custom order you like - please contact us to check if we stock it.
Do you do returns or exchanges?
If you change your mind about your purchase, or need to swap to another colour, you are welcome to return your product to us within 30 days of your purchase date.
For a refund or exchange - the product returned must be in a new, unused and resaleable condition. You must have not used any of the product. It needs to be able to be sold to another customer.
Do you sell clip-in hair extensions?
No, we do not sell clip-in or halo hair extensions as we specialise in selling professional, semi-permanent hair extensions to salons and hair dressers.
Do you ship internationally outside Australia?
We only sell to Australian hair salons at the moment. We would love to expand overseas in the future.
