We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at hello@sanitashair.com with any issues so we can rectify the issue and solve the problem as best as we can. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope that you will be delighted with your Sanitas Hair purchase. If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return or exchange your product within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • For a return or exchange - the product returned must be in a new, unused and resaleable condition. You must have not used any of the product. In other words - it needs to be able to be sold to another customer.
  • To be able to return  a product, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (including receipt or e-receipt that is emailed to you)

To start the return process: 

Step 1. Email hello@sanitashair.com with your name, order number/confirmation email and the reason you would like to do a return/exchange. Photos are required to show us the damaged/faulty products.

Step 2. We will get back to you with a solution.
